Shipping Locations
We ship artworks from the UK to a variety of international destinations. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at alison@craig.black.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary based on destination:
- UK: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
- International: 10-20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Craig Black Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Damages
The Craig Black Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
